How do I cancel Backseat Plus?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Backseat, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Apple’s guide has pictures.
I paid but Plus is not showing.
Open Backseat, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. If it still does not show, email us your app version and roughly when you bought.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all billing, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but we are happy to help if something went wrong.
What happens after my free week?
Nothing is charged. Cheats, mission guides and Explore stay free for every game up to GTA V. GTA VI, read-aloud and Siri need Plus.
A cheat code does not work.
Codes only work in Story Mode, and some differ by platform or game edition. Check that the right platform is picked in the cheat, then enter it quickly without pausing. If it is still wrong, email us the cheat name, your game and your platform and we will fix it.
Does Backseat work in GTA Online?
No. Cheat codes are for single-player Story Modes only. The GTA Online side of Explore lists legitimate things to do, like heists and businesses.
