1Who can play
Glowpane is made for players aged 13 and over. If a child under 13 plays anyway, Glowpane switches on child protections: no tracking, and depending on the country either G-rated ads that aren’t based on the child’s activity, or no ads.
2Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Glowpane on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the game, and do not use it to break the law.
3Ads
The game is free and may show ads, depending on where you are, your age and your choices.
4Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Hints are consumable and saved on this device. Bonus hints in the bundle are given once and are not restored. The bundle also opens all levels, and Restore purchases brings those back. Refunds go through Apple or Google, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Players under 18 need a parent’s permission to buy.
5Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes it, and we cannot restore it.
6The game as it is
We work to keep the game running well, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees, and we may change or stop it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
